3. Cancellation by Radhey Radhey

In such cases, any amount paid will be refunded as per our refund policy.

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If the order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
  • For COD orders, refunds (if applicable) will be made via bank transfer or UPI.
  • Payment Gateway Charges
  • All online payments made on our website are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
  • Payment gateway charges of approximately 3% may be applicable on online transactions.
  • In case of order cancellation or refund, payment gateway charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • The final refunded amount will be calculated after deducting applicable gateway and transaction fees.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Delivery charges paid online for COD orders are non-refundable once the order is processed.

6. International Orders

  • International orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed due to customs and logistics processes.
