At Radhey Radhey, customer satisfaction is very important to us. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which refunds or replacements may be provided for purchases made on https://radheyradhey.org.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our products (Dhoop, Agarbatti, Sambrani Cups, and other incense items), we accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged
  • The product received is defective
  • The product received is incorrect or different from the order placed

Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, fragrance preference, or minor variations in color or texture.


2. Return Request Process

To request a return or refund:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order
  • Share clear photos or videos showing the damage or issue
  • Email us at care@radheyradhey.org or contact us on our support numbers

Requests raised after 48 hours may not be accepted.


3. Inspection & Approval

  • All return requests are subject to verification and approval.
  • Once approved, we will inform you about the next steps via email or phone.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Refund processing time may take 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping and handling charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Replacements

  • In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
  • Replacement products will be shipped after the returned item is received and inspected (if required).

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • For COD orders, refunds (if approved) will be processed via bank transfer or UPI, as requested by the customer.
  • Delivery charges paid online for COD orders are non-refundable.

7. International Orders

  • Refunds or replacements for international orders are handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • Customs duties, international shipping charges, and taxes are non-refundable.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • Payment Gateway Charges
  • All online payments made on our website are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
  • Payment gateway charges of approximately 3% may be applicable on online transactions.
  • In case of order cancellation or refund, payment gateway charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • The final refunded amount will be calculated after deducting applicable gateway and transaction fees.
