  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

Domestic (India) Orders

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier partner, and unforeseen circumstances.

International Orders

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days
  • Customs clearance may cause additional delays, which are beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

India

  • Free delivery on orders above ₹500 (India only)
  • Orders below ₹500 may attract standard shipping charges, shown at checkout

International

  • Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at checkout or communicated separately
  • Customs duties, taxes, and import charges (if any) are the responsibility of the customer

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available only in India
  • For COD orders, applicable delivery charges must be paid online in advance
  • COD availability depends on location and courier partner
