Free delivery is available only within India on orders above ₹500.
Delivery charges may apply for orders below ₹500 in India and for all international orders.

7. Payments

We accept secure online payments through trusted payment gateways.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in India, however applicable delivery charges must be paid online in advance.

Due to the nature of incense and devotional products, returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items.
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos of the issue.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
